The Environmental Health Officer at South Bucks District Council has agreed to allow us to re-open for business.

However, this is conditional on us displaying some signs prominently around the site and specifically at the clubhouse entrance, informing everyone of the risks posed by the algae.

Having checked the whole lake this morning there is no surface algae or scum showing. There is the possibility that some toxins may still remain in the water though but having had at least a dozen people in it over the last two days, we do not believe this to pose a threat, as there have been no adverse consequences of their contact with the water..
